Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Sleeping Women.
Every item is made and packaged with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Overview

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In their original packaging and condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or email confirmation)

Please note that for hygiene reasons, sleepwear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email sleepingwomenbrand@gmail.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond within 2–3 working days with next steps and the return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size, style, or product), please email us at sleepingwomenbrand@gmail.com.
We recommend sending back the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the desired item is in stock.


5. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items (such as our cross-inspired pyjamas):

  • You may cancel or request a refund any time before your order has been dispatched.

  • Once production or shipping has begun, refunds will be processed once the item has been returned in its original, unused condition.

  • Please allow up to 6 weeks for pre-order items to arrive after your purchase.

We appreciate your patience and understanding — pre-orders help us produce intentionally and reduce waste.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email sleepingwomenbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, including photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Digital or downloadable products
