We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and as peacefully as possible.

1. Shipping Overview

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
We currently ship both within the UK and internationally.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has been dispatched.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy seasons or product launches, dispatch times may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

3. Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer products available on a pre-order basis — for example, our cross-inspired pyjamas.
Please note:

  • Pre-orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase.

  • You will receive an estimated dispatch date when your order is confirmed.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise).

We truly appreciate your patience — each pre-order helps us produce intentionally, avoid waste, and ensure quality craftsmanship.

4. UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery option.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically take 7–14 working days.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Some delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly through the Royal Mail Tracking page.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at sleepingwomenbrand@gmail.com.
We’ll liaise with Royal Mail to locate your order and resolve the issue.
Please allow up to 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international) before a parcel is considered lost.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
