5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on location and external circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Sleeping Women purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items (e.g., sleepwear worn or washed) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

7. Event Bookings

All bookings for events, retreats, or rest sessions made through our Site are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and other materials on this Site belong to Sleeping Women or are used with permission.
You may reference or share our written content freely (e.g., on social media or blogs), provided you give credit to Sleeping Women.
However, our trademarks, logo, and product designs may not be copied or used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleeping Women will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Site, products, or events.
